By ordering and purchasing my art services, you agree to the following conditions:
1° | THE ARTIST : (ME)● I can cancel the commission at any time and refund it in full.● I will post purchased art on public sites and use it as example art, even for my example table. If not, please let me know in advance.● I do not have a deadline for delivery, please be aware that it may take time to deliver, so I ask for patience and understanding.● I will NOT use the ordered piece for commercial purposes. (How to: Print or sell to third parties) 2° | THE CUSTOMER : (YOU)● You can post the art anywhere and send it to anyone as long as you don't take credit from me or say you made the drawing. If you can, posting the art on my social media is my preference.● The customer cannot change the Design.● For personal use, you can use as icon, wallpaper, signatures, layouts, etc.● You CANNOT use it for commercial use unless you pay a fee upfront, please let me know the artwork is for commercial use. Otherwise, DO NOT resell or redistribute!● You can request as many changes as you want ON THE SKETCH. After Lineart, no changes will be accepted. After lineart I only change the colors.● Payment before!● To hire Lluxyarts services, you need to know in advance that we do not work with delivery times, the minimum deadline for sending the sketch is 2 weeks and may vary depending on the complexity of the order. If you cannot wait, please let us know so that we can discuss the price for an urgent order, otherwise we will not be able to accommodate you.● It can only undergo two changes, so you must send quality references that express exactly every detail of what you want the drawing to contain. If new changes are necessary, an amount will be charged according to the complexity of the change. If it was something we didn't see in the references and it was specified, it won't count as an extra change.
